My name is Zachary Clary. I am 21 years old. I am attending Florida Atlantic University for soccer to go pro while also getting my degree in business. I have zero experience in real-estate, but I do not want to have a 9-5 be my main source of income. I found wholesaling and maybe house hacking to look like a good start.
