Hi there!

I wanted to inform you guys that my partner and I closed on a four unit building in Chicago today. You all were the very first to reach out to me and I'm appreciative for that. I've been working on my goals since we last spoke. I'm taking steps to achieve them. Thank you all for the advice once again! 

@Cory Gardner....great stuff as always. I have a game Saturday so I won't be there this weekend. I'll be seeing y'all soon.

Hi there! This is inspiring. Why is this inspiring? This is inspiring because you all are DOING real estate. You are doing the actual thing and not sitting on the sidelines. I've been in contact with @Account Closed frequently and I will look forward to meeting you all soon. As Aaron has told me and I'm sure you all: "start looking at properties. Don't stand on the sideline and get in the game"!

Right now I'm re-reading The Richest Man in Babylon and Think and Grow Rich. Both are awesome.

@Rob Hayes- Hey man. Yeah, the meeting was good. A lawyer came by (which was actually the lawyer that was at my house closing) and talked to us about LLC's. The type of LLC's there are and if you need one or not. I got to see who does this in my community and made some connections. I actually saw someone who I once worked with that I knew worked in real estate at the meeting. He gave me his card and I will be meeting with him on Monday to discuss some things, mainly what I can do to get started. Any knowledge he's willing to give me I'm all for. I'm just happy he's willing to sit down and talk to me.
