 Pretty hood. If you are familiar with managing tenants in the hood you can make some good money via Section 8. Just don't let anyone blow smoke up your butt about the neighborhood not being ghetto as all hell. 

Tons of new builds being thrown up in that area by Knez and others.  300-500k plus.  But next to them are boarded up abandoned houses and vacant lots.  Weird dichotomy.  I guess it will probably still be a while before the area improves?  Was looking at an off-market deal on Wade Park.  

Those familiar with the east side of Cleveland, what are your thoughts on the area in south Glenville, North of Case, South of Superior, West of Euclid.  Looking at MF or single family rehab and rent or flips over there.  Seems like the area is up and coming but not too familiar yet. 

Recently returned to the Cleveland area after a number of years away, bought one small MF property and am currently shopping for another, hoping to build a portfolio over the next several years.  Also looking to connect with agents, contractors, other investors in the area and learn as much as possible in the meantime.
