Hello, my name is Zack and I have a very stupid question.

I live in Boston Mass, and would like to start investing in the RE. I have read many books, recommended by your website and found them very helpful; however I need to find the starting point. I am 44 and recently sold my company and have the means to start investing in the RE market. My goal is to generate monthly/yearly income and dedicate myself to this new venture. I have about $1,000,000.00 in cash for down payment as well as I put some money away for “just in case”. Where do I start, apartment building, single or multifamily housing, rehab, or??????
