@Tyler Cotter my only concern with the refi is that I’m transitioning to a commission job so I’m not sure if I’ll be able to meet income qualification requirements! I appreciate your response!

Hello!

I recently bought my house (new construction) for 260k and the floor plan is now selling for 330+. I REALLY want to get into real estate investing. I'm thinking section 8 or STR. I'm thinking a HELOC could be my best route to get started. I'm thinking Heloc into a BRRRR Strategy and would love to talk to someone more knowledgeable than myself and that may have experience with this. My thinking could be way off! Not sure!

Hello Everyone,

I recently bought a house using my VA loan (within the last 6 months). My house is in a new construction neighborhood and the same floor plan is now selling for 40 almost 50k over what I paid. I'm looking for some insight on how I should move forward. I've been listening to bigger pockets for about a year now and I really want to get a property to use as an Airbnb. I was thinking cash out refi and use the cash from it as the down payment for the rental but I'm not sure if that's the most efficient way to go about it. Any tips would be great on how I could use my properties growing value!

Hello Everyone!

My names Zack and I'm currently located in North Florida (Jacksonville). I was wondering if anyone had any tips/resources for a new wholesaler. I've been learning as much as possible. However, I'm still trying to gain more knowledge on how to build a buyers list as well the ins and outs of contacts and how you guys would recommend going about finding a REI friendly title company. I'm open to all advice! Looking for more ways to gain knowledge. I'm very eager to start so I appreciate any input. Thank you!
