Looking to access some of the equity in a 25 acre parcel.  Funds would be used for land improvement (not agriculture) and other investment properties.

I know it’s uncommon but are there any lenders that extend lines of credit on vacant land?

Thank you!

Looking to connect with insurance agents that can give me a quote on a multi family property.  It would be a combination of long term and short term rentals.

Thank you!

Looking to see if anyone as a recommendation for a prefered lender/contact that works out of the NC State Employees Credit Union.  Conventional loan for triplex.

Any point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
