I have a property with two tenants on the contract. One tenant is not paying their half of the rent, therefore, leaving the other tenant to pay the full rent. My paying tenant wants the non paying tenant to move out, since she is not contributing to the rent anymore. However, the non paying tenant is not willing to cooperate. What is my best course of action to get this non paying tenant out of my rental?  

This will be my first meetup, looking forward to it. 

I own a glass company in NC. Google glass repair in your city. Your best bet will be to bring the sash to them. If the window is single pane they should have something in stock to fix it right away. If it's double pane they will more than likely have to order it. All this considering it's not safety glass.

Hello BP, 

I'm Zach, I'm 27 years old and currently a project manager with a local glass company. I figured I would make an account to see if I could obtain more real estate knowledge and network with some helpful investors in the area. 

I  have a primary residence in Raleigh and a duplex that I rehabbed and rented, in Fuquay-Varina. I purchased the duplex in January and ever since I have been hooked on real estate investments. I am looking to build my real estate portfolio as much as possible. 

Also, I'm curious if anyone in the area is going to the meetup this Thursday? This would be my first meetup I have attended. Any advice or information would be much appreciated, I feel I have a lot more to learn. Thanks!
