Hello BiggerPockets,

I’m Zach and I’m excited to get started on this journey of joining this community and investing.

Currently I work as a software engineer, and I’m looking to invest in multi family property out in Austin and Killeen Texas.

I currently own a multi family out in Killeen, so I’ve gotten my feet a bit wet, and I’m working on being more analytical with further purchases. This led me to the podcast, blogs and Brandon’s book on rental properties.

My current goal is to buy and hold multi family properties out here. Really interested in BRRRR, and I would like to dive deep into that. Im learning the ropes on analyzing deals, so if you're an experienced investor and you need someone to help analyze deals, I'm your guy!

Looking to connect with other local investors, contractors, property managers, lenders, and agents who operate in Austin and Killeen.

I look forward to connecting with you all!

I’m interested in starting out my real estate journey in Texas, and there are a few markets in and around major cities. I’m not sure how to get started with market analysis so I can compare various cities then neighborhoods and find a target market that I can begin investing in. I want to see the bigger picture so I can start looking at deal with a little more background. Help.
