6 duplex package 3bd 2 ba fully leased. comp rent 1700-1890 mo// asking 2.3 million. After analyzing the attached property ive come up with a purchase price of 1.6-1.8 million. based on my analysis going higher than that seems unreasonable. anybody that has a little more experience if you could give me your feedback on this deal? Hello! i’m new to flipping. I have a deal and the numbers look good I was just wondering if anybody knows a good contractor in the area. i’m in baytown Tx. any help is appreciated im looking to do most of the rehab myself just wanted to speak with a professional and get their opinion on the cost to check my math.
