Recently listed a SFH for rent and have had significant interest however the following are proving obstacles to getting it rented:

1. potential tenants don't have good credit scores

2. potential tenants express interest bu then don't show up to appointment/ open house

3. potential tenants see the property, tell me they will get back to me and then dont respond

Any tips for getting a SFH rented would be appreciated.
