been in Montreal for about 4 months now, the system is all new to me but managed to get a basic understanding of how real estate works, is it possible to get CMHC financing 5% down even tho I’m a student with no long job history or steady income..? any innovative strategies always open for partnerships as well so let me know if you’re interested

Know how the system works in the US but not in Quebec, been wholesaling virtually in NY, but recently found a great deal here.
