I have an empty double lot available in the Bottineau neighborhood of Minneapolis. Was a tear down project, owner found a development project in California before starting on this one and has to let go of lot. One block from park and very close to restaurants, artist studios, coffee shops, breweries.

New member here, my name is Holly. I work as an admin assist for a real estate investment company doing high-end flips and renovated rentals.

I also own my own duplex.

I'm looking to expand my knowledge on all things real estate to maximize profits for the company I work for and open up opportunities for my own investment opportunities. I enjoy creating workable and utilitarian spaces from neglected spaces. I property manage and bookkeep for both my company and I. Creating and streamlining management and analysis systems is also an interest of mine. Glad to be a part of BP!
