I recently put in an offer for a property where the owner is using a real estate agent. I’ve done this many time with no issues, however this agent refuses to submit the offer to the owner unless we agree to use her as the buyers agent as well so that she can earn double commission. Has anyone else had this happen?

@Doublebe Foster I personally got a contract online, and then had an attorney look over, and make adjustments to comply with my state laws.
