Hello everyone! I hope you've all had a great day so far. I'm new here as you can probably tell from the post. So I'll give a little background to introduce myself. I'm 18 years old and looking forward to my first year at San Diego State University. Although I only plan on doing real estate as something on the side, it's always been something in which I've held an interest. I recently passed my real estate salesperson exam which opens a few more doors for me here and there. I'm looking forward to browsing the forums and reading up on a lot what you guys have to say!
