I just LOVE it!!! How to screw with reality when selling Real Estate? Doctor the photos. Gone are the days of shooting a 4'X7' room using a fisheye lens to make it big... We are talking about serious photoshoping here...

As suggested, check with your agent, On my insurance policies I have myself as the insured and my LLC as an additional insured party, so if someone file a claim (suit) against me or my LLC, we are both covered.

I agree Eddie, it is insulting, condescending, and pathetic that tenants are sooooooo stupid! However, that is EXACTLY what the socialist government has been promoting FOR DECADES! The socialists have dumbed down the lower class and some minority groups to the point that they largely can't function as adults. Sorry if it isn't politically correct to tell the truth, but don't blame the messenger! The TRUTH is that the taxpayer is paying these people to be STUPID! We literally pay them to sit home on their butts all day and watch Judge Judy on their big screen tv. Is it any wonder that they're too stupid to operate a closet door?

p.s. I like your suggestion about removing door knobs - they are often too complicated for tenants also. Unfortunately, I think that we MUST provide door knobs - at least on the front and back door. Otherwise, how will the low-lifes keep the police out?

Wow! Mr. Scrooge!!! When I was in the military, we used to have a routine called simply "Blanket". This routine was used on low ranking commander that we really despised. Here it how it works... you sneak into the commander's tent in the middle o f the night like really late (2:00am or something), throw a blanket on him and beat the crap out of him. We were gone before he knew what hit him... Usually the guy was so humiliated that he wouldn't even report it...

Make sure it doesn't happen to you one day... Those "stupid" tenants may get really angry...

If I knew the material was educational, I would opt in in a heart beat. I am not sure however, how many people would actually take the time to to opt in on a list. You might be better off blasting everyone with the info.

I beg the differ. There is nothing more annoying that being blasted with unwanted e-mail. I understand the need to get advertiser targeting members, but it only work if the targeting is done very narrowly. For instance, I wouldn't mine to get info about very specific area of my investment, whether it be the type of investment or geographically, but anything outside that scope would shut me down and would be ineffective since it would go straight to my spam box...

I think extremism is not only pathetic but insulting. Why not removing all the door knobs since we never know if the renter can really know how to open a door...

There are things are considered basics. Dishwashers, garbage disposal and central AC are not and would be considered luxury in low income properties. Closet doors should be basics and ceiling fans are borderline especially in the south.
Closet doors that are installed and operate properly should not be an issue and the same goes for ceiling fans.
Most tenant treated with dignity, will treat your property with dignity and if they don't, you screening process sucks...

The only reason I quoted FOX News is that the only one you accept... So here you go...

IHH. And it wasn't any US news media outlet that picked up on the IHH connection to Al Qaeda first. I'm going to let you practice your mad research skills and tell me who first reported on this link.

Oh Please!! Where do you see the connection between the IHH and Al Qaueda?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IHH_(%C4%B0nsani_Yard%C4%B1m_Vakf%C4%B1)

From YOUR own link that YOU provided:

In 2006, the Danish Institute for International Studies published a report titled "The Role of Islamic Charities in International Terrorist Recruitment and Financing", by American analyst Evan Kohlman. Kohlman claimed that major international Islamic charities such as IHH, while providing genuine humanitarian relief, are "charitable front groups that provide support to Al-Qaida."[5] Kohlman's only source in making links between IHH and such groups is a report by French investigative magistrate Jean-Louis Bruguière. Kohlman also blamed IHH for assisting the Iraqi Sunni insurgency, and mentioned a 1997 raid in which police found weapons, explosives and bomb-making instructions in the IHH headquarter in Istanbul.[5] Turkish authorities searched IHH headquarters in 1997, discovering "firearms, explosives, bomb-making instructions" as well as records of calls to an al-Qaida guest house in Milan.[5]

Oh boy, I think I already said previously that your talent is wasted and you should have been a politician. Although now that you're going to law school, you just increased your chances
Let me take you back to your original assertion:
"Well well well..... It turns out 3 of these "humanitarian" activists have "murky" ties to Al-Qaeda. You remember Al-Qaeda right? That international humanitarian organization. Clearly they were on this ship with the intention of bringing Al-Qaeda's message of peace, love and tolerance to Gaza."

Now, to asset that this ship is bringing the message of Al Qaueda, is demagogy as its best.
You did not provide an independent source (Other than the Israeli government) that show direct ties of this Free Gaza mission to Al Qaueda.

Now let it be clear here. I'm not here to defend Free Gaza. All they wanted to do in their mission is to create a provocation which they succeed with the help of the Israeli government who played into their hands.
