When you buy a duplex /triplex/quadruplex in Bakersfield or San Bernardino, Ca. You have tenants who have been there on a lease for a few years month to month. How hard is it to evict them in todays pandemic times? Any tips or  horror stories or suggestions from California Investors would be much appreciated.
