Julie Gates is an entrepreneur and real estate investor in Savannah, GA. Julie is an agent who only works with real estate investors through Team912. By the time I was 34, I had personally fixed and flipped more than 165 homes and built a portfolio of 53 rental properties. When the 2008 market crash hit, I—like many others—lost my job.
