Justin Miller (NV BS 0145509), former business school professor, is a co-founded and principal of the Chong Miller Group, LLC, a Las Vegas-based Real Estate Agency (licensed held at Keller Williams Marketplace). Justin was a Professor at the USC Marshall School of Business, teaching Entrepreneurship when, in 2018, he decided his capabilities could be shared more broadly by opening his own agency. Today, Justin helps his clients (and the broader real estate market) through educational and support initiatives. Since founding the Chong Miller Group, Justin has been consistently among the top 5% of real estate agents in the Las Vegas Valley. He focuses on Las Vegas Strip luxury high-rise buildings, as well as single family residential and townhomes across most of the valley. By client type: 60% repeat clients/referrals from clients, and 30% relocation (both military and non-military). In addition, approximately 40% of Justin's clients (buying or selling) are Investors, while about half are working on Primary or Vacation Homes. More than 30% of Justin's buy-side clients are buying into Las Vegas from many US states, and several countries (i.e.., Japan, Philippines, Korea, India), and about 25% of Justin's sell-side clients more out of state or out of country (i.e.., Mexico, Portugal). Justin does very little business with flippers/wholesalers or in the short-term rental market.
