Forget Russia, forget China, we wouldn't be the 1,200lb gorilla we'd be KING KONG on steroids. 

It wouldnt surprise me if owning a home becomes more and more of a privilege and less commonplace over time, similar to Hong Kong and other places. 

I've been traveling around Asia (South Korea, China, Hong Kong, and Singapore) to build foreign investor relations that my networks have introduced me to.

I have friends that live there that also invest there (and Hong Kong).
