But once you find a great one, they will save you and earn you far more money (through market knowedge, negotiations, deal sourcing, equity, and profit...and also from the deals they steer you clear of!)

Im all for creativity to get deals, but this ..this was vile.Jason spent less than an hour at the end of the class half-@ssedly rushing through his biggest selling point.. a negotiating strategy he calls the 'seller waltz', which turned out to be nothing more than rushing through the list of creative real estate structures should the seller not accept your cash offer… “Oh, you don’t like my cash offer.. what abouuut this?!

It seems like they have a newer and better "jerk the host around" policy every couple of days.You get what you tolerate.VRBO is no better, and will almost certainly copy this in the coming months.VRBO and Airbnb take turns coming up with jerk the host around policies, and then the other one copies it.Remember, VRBO are the ones that invented charging fines to hosts beyond even the max refund amount, which is pretty much the most brutality punitive policy in all of business and something no other business would accept.Imagine if waiters had to pay a $2000 fine for spilling a drink on a diner.

However, like ANY market, there are exceptions, and with as much inventory as their is in TN, I'm sure some deals are up on the table right now once negotiations start.
