Find local Real Estate influencers - (agents, videographers, investors, etc.) and ask them to feature your property across their channels.

When the Federal Reserve decides to change their Fed Funds Rate, it might influence but it does not have a direct impact on Long-Term Mortgage Rates.

If your realtor can exercise some influence over them with their ability to recommend them, that can be a good way to hold them accountable.  

It seems that most of the BP influencers I have seen over the years have stepped into MF syndication with varying results.
