They're probably areas you don't want to be in.

Tourism is steady year-round, and the buy-in is way more accessible than places like San Diego, which means investors can start seeing returns much sooner.Appreciation isn’t massive, but it’s been consistent- especially in areas close to the lake or big attractions.

is it too late to get in? 

The other market that I have seen massive interest in is Charlotte NC.

Sorry for sounding redundant lol I’ve bought my last seven properties from the local Tax sale or Foreclosure sale in the two counties that I buy in.

The town the property is in is a small town but I have never lost in court there in 23 years. 

I know the biggest hurdle is fear and taking the step/jumping in. 

had I known it was going to be delayed like this we would have slowed down the process.with AHP  is suspect when you have a NPN and a ton of them and with all the new laws in all these different states they probably operate in I suspect they are busy figuring out the new rules to the road.
