Alternately for the persistant ones I just keep the line open, meaning tie their people up by just putting the phone on the counter and let them talk.I am surprized they are not labeled as potential spam on your phone expecially with the sequential numbers.

oh well ya using a Heloc and being 100% levered on a real estate purchase is a huge gamble in many makrets.

Mine got spammed quite a bit by them- some legit people, some nit so much.

I have It on a float but will probably lock It tomorrow as the lender said he was expecting about 60 days to close which would be the length of my rate lock.. trying to gamble the timing to not have to come outve pocket for an extension.
