@Mike Hern yes mister has something like that it's called the 10k club but when they advertise they you don't use your money use there's so that kinda like false advertisement kinda sorta from my understanding please if someone can elaborate please do so? 

Mister X wants to put his money into real estate and get to a point where he has a passive income of minimum 8K per month, in less than a year.He only wants to deal with Real estate, with real physical things that he can see.
