When people like Jerry Norton and Cam Dunlap say you can use there money really what are they meaning??

It means you pay them money to join their "elite" group and you dig for deals. If you find one, that they like, then they will give you a finder's fee. Very few find a deal they like. Most won't spend the money and do the work to try to find the deals and then, they don't actually know what a "good" deal is. It's like chasing a hare into the thicket.
