.– Ask your contractor or suppliers if they’ll float some of the work/materials on partial payment until completion.– You could also explore a small HELOC/second lien through a credit union or community bank — some may work with lower credit if the equity is strong.Realistically, I think your fastest route is a private investor who gets a short-term lien.
