Quickbooks or another full suite accounting solutions would be a better choice for that type of workflow.

It is worth noting that, there are numerous people, some of them here on BP, that could raise $3M for the right venture with a few phone calls and emails. 

I currently have one LTR and looking to venture into the STR market in Myrtle Beach in 2026.
