U cant have 500k lot of record with thousands of them vacant that are trading at 10 to 30k.. like lehigh just leads to a ton of spec building and FOMO Values hold on scarcity they crash when the opposite happens.

I suspect its every man / women / investor for themselves as it comes to litigation cant join in unless you do Class action you have file separate complaints U can use same attorney to cut down on costs but its not a "hey everyone lets pool together" I don't think this case would go class action as there most likely is NO INSURANCE to go after..
