The meter has a transmitter on it that sends a signal to two antennas that are sitting on top of our office.Those antennas feed data received by the water meter transmitter to a controller box that has a cellular antenna on it where in NES is able to dial in remotely and take meter readings on a monthly basis.NES then sends the tenant the water bill (sewer use is factored in as well) and the tenant brings the water bill to us in the the office and pays it along with the rent.

Prior to purchase, an inspection revealed several things that could potentially lead to a roof leak (missing flashing, DishTV antenna screws not sealed).

Keep your antennae up.  

I had THREE Dish Network dishes on my roof (and an old, five-foot rusted-out TV antenna). 

Antennas do not work in my location.There are a few free TV services, such as Pluto TV, Tubi... 

I'm now in the place of considering a broader solution like Youtube TV for my (2) larger homes or even installing rooftop digital antennas for local access. 

Your "landlord antennae" pick up so much meeting someone face-to-face. 

Nothing jumps out and @John Underwood has some good suggestions, but maybe a digital antenna might work if you can pick up the channels.
