I paid 110% of his living expenses , Rent Utilities, Food, Groceries, Cell Phone, LegalFees, Immigration Fees, and sent money to his family several times (I was onlyable to find one Wester Union receipt (but Tulga Demir | Information, Documents, Photos I have others in storage I believe), and even paid to have them come visit on more than one occasion.

The baby wipes are hard on the plumbing and that ends up causing a lot of clogs, so I would talk with the tenant this time on you paying for it, but going forward I would tell them it will be on them and change it with an addendum.

The key rules are as follows:1) Syndicator MUST have significant skin in the game, including 10% of the money raised in the first deal, 8% of the second, and 3% of the third2) The only fees allowed are 5% of revenue for property / asset management, which is enough to put food on the table, but not incentivize people to just buy, buy, buy3) The only compensation is 20% of the profit (less on the first 2 deals)4) Rapid acquisition is not allowed. 5% Is minus all operating cost correct ?
