We want a camera system that:1) Connects to internet for remote monitoring via an office computer (not just a mobile device)2) Has motion-sensor alerts3) Records to the cloud, so a thief can't disable/steal the camera to hide their identityWe plan to remove these cameras once a property is rented and reinstall at the next vacant rental.Wi-Fi connection to internet is possible, but we'd also like to look into cellular connections to internet.What suggestions do you have please?

If I go with Wynd, they charge $15/mo by device and they recommend one per room.

I went into the bedrooms and don't notice the sloping floors so much just by 'feel' and admittedly haven't put any measuring device like a level to it. 

Currently landlord pays for all utilities, is a system/product/device that can be installed to the water meter that tracks the usage of water through each unit so I would be able to bill the tenants separately?

I have seen too much of how bad of jobs contracts can do when left to their own devices.  

Whichever are combined into a single device.

If the remediation devices intrude significantly into the livable space, that will probably detract from value.
