Duplex recently purchased < $55k and bottom unit leases for $850/mo (all utilities included up to $150), and upstairs scheduled to rent for $750 (same)City of Brazoria experiencing growing pains due to Lake Jackson area overpopulation up and down 288, and seeing Hwy 36 as healthy alternative. 

People will be happy to be fit with little to no effort and will live forever in simulation servers and whatever becomes of quantum computing will help organize the undeniable concern of over population.

For a city that was way overpopulated to start with and where foreign investment has been a big factor, the small changes in most stats peopel use in these reports just doesn't matter much.

Since LA and Orange County are over populated now , moving to this area is great option, especially youngsters.

In this market of Florida, the coast in certain parts are extremely saturated and overpopulated causuing people to move further inland.  

I kind of wondered about that myself because they have a higher number of realtors promoting their services than it seems any other state.Colombus realtors just put key alert of Cleveland and they promote themselves like that lol probably true, but its overpopulating the cubs market with investors, we'll have to start referring people to Cleveland soon just to have a chance at buying stuff down here. 

Unfortunately, they have to cull the herds regularly to keep them from over-populating.
