LLCs are not super cost effective and provide minimal protection depending on the state. 

If we are able to secure a facility with outdoor space included to build another field, we would really capture a large share of the sports market.At this time, I would not have the funds to cover the building, build out the spaces indoor and run it effectively. 

So, if I want to get rid of habits, it's more effective to create good habits to replace the bad ones. 

It proved how larger renovations, when managed effectively, can deliver rewarding results for both partners and investors.

So until we get some pro growth, reasonable people with knowledge of cause and effect into office, California will remain a challenge.

But I imagine there is a more effective way to do this. 

My thought process was that it is more cost effective to have a crawl space than slab while having the same issues with no storage space, but maybe after all of the efforts to keep the crawl space dry it might be easier to just do a slab 

But it doesn't sound like that's the case.As a real estate broker, I've been in this exact situation, where the listing agent flat out told me (in confidence, as a professional courtesy to avoid wasting my time) "The seller just rejected of offer of $285k this morning, so don't waste your time submitting anything lower than that".

Based on our experience and analysis, the most cost-effective and straightforward approach is to start with a basic QuickBooks Online (QBO).
