I’ve seen that play out for owners who panic and slash rates instead of planning for realistic occupancy and pricing from the jump.I also agree on those “perfect” 5-star guests — I’ve had ones who look great on paper and still push every house rule once they arrive.

I would drop it even lower for a while and garner a few 5 star reviews.Just my $.02 Thanks Bruce!

There are very few 4&5 star hotels, and in season, good luck finding any room on short notice.

You know I suspect but don't know for sure.. the Co owners of the fund recruited Brandon for his star power as the original face of BP and podcast host..

Most will probably shop it around and find out that they are still getting a pretty good deal (and 5-star service).
