@Josh Reynolds I've offered 500 to local mailmen/women, UPS drivers and fed ex drivers . there the ones on the dead end streets and areas that aren't out in the open.

I looked up the zoning and it's operated as a C3 and also duplex with multiple petitions.For the price it's at and considering my MTR strategy, and my primary is 5 minutes down the street, I'd be willing to petition the county.

Maybe adding a front fence and some trees/bushes to block out the noise could help for tenants to be happy, but I've house hacked on a busy street and had no issues finding tenants!
