Toughen up, get back on that horse and be ready for the next one, keep educating yourself, and getting rid of the what I call..

I decided can toughen it out in the next 3 years.3.

But this is a public internet forum, so toughen your skin and ignore the haters and embrace the good advice. 

Toughen up, make a few offers and get some rejections behind you.

You will need to toughen up as a landlord also so that tenants don't walk all over you! 

I keep telling my fellow US investors how spoiled the are every time they start complaining about something (taxes, fees, regulations, rent, compliance, etc.) in the USA market ;-) Try making it in Europe and you'll need to toughen up by bringing along more time, patience and expect less yield.

This one toughened me up for the future ones.  

Every time it happened, I tightened up my criteria and toughened up my screening.

While I'm not dismissing the fact that a combination of both is certainly ideal and is possible but given the toughened economic times we're in, I wouldn't bet on having both at the same time.
