Yes, there are more small and medium parties looking for a VR but the vacation rental economics of scale really kick in for bigger parties compared to booking hotel rooms.   

I invest mainly in Orlando where I live, it's a stable VR market and has been for a while, but I love finding new and promising places to invest.

But at least they are still relatively transparent in their pricing, compared to the "new VRBO / HomeAway"...I wanted to ask the BiggerPockets VR owners: can you recommend any other websites or resources to help me jumpstart my new vacation rental as a business?

I would start by talking to other VR owners in your area, especially if it is the norm for people to hire full-service property managers.

Most VR guests realize that you're not running a hotel and while their expectations are high, if you're "giving it you're all" they're still likely to give you high ratings even if there is an issue outside of your control. 

I learnt a tonne.3) VR ownership can be fantastic.  

However, plenty of areas allow for VR's and show no signs of changing legislation on the matter.
