Yes, there are more small and medium parties looking for a VR but the vacation rental economics of scale really kick in for bigger parties compared to booking hotel rooms.

Most VR guests realize that you're not running a hotel and while their expectations are high, if you're "giving it you're all" they're still likely to give you high ratings even if there is an issue outside of your control.
