@Brie Schmidt Thanks for the link, but  it does say this  A real estate licensee shall not publish, circulate,distribute, or cause to be published, circulated, or distributed inany newspaper or periodical, or by mail, any matter pertaining toany activity for which a real estate license is required that doesnot contain a designation disclosing that he or she is performingacts for which a real estate license is required.A license is not required in wholesaling .

I respectfully disagree, and there are plenty of Legal Ethics Opinions circulated amongst the various bar associations in the United States which suggest that anyone who furnishes information in a setting which would reasonably be foreseeable to lead to reliance is on the hook for Unauthorized Practice of Law.

If my market would tolerate it, I would provide no appliances.You are spot on that tenants will not allow enough time for things to cool or they will stuff it full and block the air circulation.

I would say go for all except enclosures on shower, also if you are already doing HVAC, might as well install microwave over stove that vents OUT and not simply circulates around the rooms.

Remember, Pages 1-10 cannot be altered in anyway and NEED to stay in exact order.Print several packages for you to sign and notarize.Step 2: Collector of Signatures to Sign Notarize Signature by filling out the bottom of the Petition for Referendum (Page 1) in the Circulators Affidavit, checking that they Do Not expect to be paid for circulating this petition, and then sign in front of a Notary and have them Notarize the form.

Worked like a charm.They also work great to circulate air from the floor during hot weather, to help cool down the space.
