These will likely come from CVent or BiggerPockets email addresses.

We've purchased tons of inherited houses in the Coastal Bend, and without exception, they've all needed title issues addressed.

If you mention the property address that might help get their attention.

I used to work for a wholesaling company so when we got the address the first thing I would do is go on Zillow to see the most recent pics of the inside of the property.

Our c LTR tenants are way above average, but I suspect STR wear would be about the same as average C tenants if all items were addressed immediately.

Continue to make scaling a priority, that will apply pressure to wherever you are weakest and that will naturally show you where your next bottleneck is that needs addressing.
