There is an app called Canvas.io that can be Downloaded to an iPad or iPhone (they need the latest cameras) and you can scan each unit.

I know that I can purchase 150 addresses with Skip Tracing from the Driving for Dollars app for $20, do you have any better recommendations?

That was a damper when starting, assuming you can have your cell phone with you.Don't forget that agents are IC status, so no benefits at all...I don't find the career that rewarding, either personally or monetarily. 

Aloha,Call me Old School, but I process all apps personally and in the order received, either denying and moving on to the next app, or approving and placing any others on hold until I have collected deposit via money order within two business days.

If you hire someone for this, they have apps for that like the dolly app, etc.

App is good but they are tough to find right now.

At the end of the year, your CPA goes into the system and uses it to prepare your taxes saving you a bundle.Consider obtaining "MileIQ" an app that tracks every drive you take.
