First I want to thank Josh, Brandon, Allison and the BP community for all of the inspiration and encouragement in the form of priceless advice, podcasts and posts for all of our real estate goals.I've been an avid reader and listener to posts and podcasts for about two years now and I am now ready and in position to take action.My husband and I dedicate and volunteer most of our time to reach out to the community as bible teachers and are interested in earning income that would allow us to keep that as our focus.

But the idea of our money not earning anything while we wait, makes me think to collect rent would be doing at least something.

@Jay Hinrichs, <off-topic> sometimes is hard to convene something over "dry" internet communication. i would read it as: me and Wendell were raised in cultures where OLD meant respect based on experience/knowledge earned with time</off-topic>.

Feel free to ask whatever you need, as I am very passionate about real estate (not just investing but every aspect), and so I live to learn and earn using real estate.

Most lender will start dropping fees and down payment to earn you business if they know they are competing against each other.

We run comps for free as well in an attempt to earn your business. 

As somewhat of a skeptic with all the scammers out there trying to squeeze every hard earned penny out of you.
