Calumet City is now going back to enforcing having the rental license sticker in the window and Markham will give $500.00 fines to any work truck in front of your property that isnt registered with the city.

There’s so much flexibility you CAN create, even with self management, through effective platforms (hospitable, Pricelabs, smart locks, great cleaners/handyman).

To start you have lots of potential issues like asbestos and lead paint, old wiring and plumbing, lack of insulation and inefficient windows to name a few.

Not sure if they are any better, but they do have some metrics the sponsors have to follow....they somewhat vet the deals, they don't let everyone on the platform, etc.
