NO lender is going to send you copy of their bank account.. they might have to prove up to a seller or the sellers agent but never send it to you right out of the gate.. and all the other things you discovered its just an off shore scammer trying to scam those that dont know what they dont know.

I just have a feeling I'm getting scammed somehow for some reason.   

At the very least people who were effected by this scam ought to have their credit reset to where it was before.

The fraudsters tried the Quiet Title suits (Quit Claim is a type of deed) scam on the banks, and it went nowhere.Oh, and by the way....when buying a property at an HOA auction, with or without equity....if the judgment is $30k, and they let it sell for $10k, the buyer is still responsible for the balance, plus whatever dues accrued after that judgment.

An absolute bull **** solicitation for scam lending above.

At least the guy calling me from Djibouti to scam me in a bank transaction is making a personal time commitment in his venture. 

Me and my husband was almost scammed yesterday by a Wealth 212 company in Utah which a lot of people did they homework on and realized not to use them.

For $30,000 and what they claim you will get this is complete scam.

I love how I come to this site and am constantly hearing about all these anti-wholesaling laws that are fabricated by real estate brokers and lawyers.

Most borrower's fall prey to bait and switch or scams because of this.
