@Daniel Sharma Definitely look into the major things of the home including: roof age, plumbing, hot water heater and air conditioning unit.

Two ways I would recommend are to on Redfin and select the "fixer-upper" home feature to find homes that might need TLC or your MLS might have the ability to search for key words like TLC, diamond in the rough, etc...

Today the father and his brother showed up at the property and demanded the rent payment from the tenants.  

I recently had some windows replaced that sent me over the 25% rule and required window coverings that were not initially in the contract.

I'm reaching out to traditional realtors with little success, and I'm not sure their incentive structure works for this.
