I’ve been actively involved in the note space and am currently expanding my focus on non-performing notes (NPNs) across the U.S.

I’m looking to connect with fellow investors, lenders, or note holders who might have NPNs they’re looking to offload—or even just want to talk strategy. I'm particularly interested in:

• Residential or small commercial assets
