There's no greater group of analysts in my opinion than bigger pockets members.Here's an extremely nutshelled analysis of a deal my investment company is doing.The market is Lubbock, TX.

I hate to sound mistrusting, but it is going to be difficult enough to get this situation taken care of without adding to the tax debt by owing these additional fees.

All I need now is a little guidance from a successful investor ( not a scammer wannabe mentor like I currently have that just cares about taking money from a young new investor and preying on their incompetence ) also I think I should focus on my local area opposed to the USA

If there's mold, get a mold remediation company to write up a report and the cost to cure it.

@Rich BaerLending yourself money on paper and not actually delivering the cash to yourself or your company is fraud.  

Whenever you buy these properties they may have other liens on them which you have to take care of.
