I am a professional real estate stager and I have connections to real estate professionals and I question them about neighborhoods and trends, but I'm also looking for additional hard data that I can relay to people when they say they want to invest in Denver but it's too expensive. 

I really need something that we can put on autopilot but also can be sure it is giving us the latest data and smart technology. 

Or is it cleaner and easier to pay any data company for that report?

For large apartment complexes, CoStar is pretty good since they own Apartments.com and property managers feed data directly into the system.
