Another source is using a list service such as Agentpro247 however the lists generated by these services may be out of date so your may want to avoid telling the owner "your taxes are delinquent" as they may have actually paid them since the list data was last updated.

I've got a duplex under contract and will be using a streamline FHA 203k loan to bundle a renovation budget of around 29.2k (the limit for Streamline once fees & contingency buffer are included) in with loan.  

By putting in a little sweat equity, you can give yourself a small buffer for when the market drops. 

There are plenty of reports on census data, business blog articles, and top 10 rankings showing which cities people are moving to and which ones are growing the fastest.  

However when I got there, there was a good vegetation buffer...so no eye-sore.

Does Aven do a physical appraisal or only use online data for it? 

I always add a buffer to the utility.

I work in tech, so I've done all the basic troubleshooting such as logging in and out of the app, reinstalling the app, yet nothing has worked to pull in the data to the mobile version.
