Besides all that, In rural realestate markets I think we always need to keep an eye and an ear on the job markets/industry ect.

BRRRR investing actually bumps up your ROE because you are pulling equity out. this number will also drop as your tenant pays down the loan AND as the market appreciates.Keep an eye on these 3 numbers to drive your investment!
