There are one or two companies I know of that use that form for non-owner occupied but the vast majority of companies would use a Dwelling Fire Policy.

Being that it is a shared wall dwelling have been running on assumptions of around $200k maybe a little more due to good neighborhood, large yard and garage with mostly main level living at the end of a cul-de-sac.

I agree with Ken, get some costs and see if it's worth it but depending on how old the roofs are on your dwellings if you have a claim and replace the roof your rating might not really change.
