While a pool is never a bad things in terms of revenue generation, it is not necessary in the more urban areas with smaller dwellings. 

I don't dwell on it and I haven't heard other realtors complain about it.

If I am completely wrong and turnkey is truly a trap, I am definitely open to reconsider since I am still early in my Turnkey investment journey and would want to know sooner rather than later whether to shift my strategy.Thanks :-)You get a lot of folks on BP looking for instant gratification.

There are one or two companies I know of that use that form for non-owner occupied but the vast majority of companies would use a Dwelling Fire Policy.

I agree with Ken, get some costs and see if it's worth it but depending on how old the roofs are on your dwellings if you have a claim and replace the roof your rating might not really change.
